Can you use the app for drive thru orders? Do you just place the order on the app and just say you're picking up an order from the app? Also, can you customize orders using the app (eg. No cheese, extra tomatoes)
I use the app to order coffee and pick up in drive through.

I say that I placed a mobile order, and they ask my name or order number. Then I pick up at the window.

I also had 3 coffees purchased which disappeared, but now has reappeared. Maybe they were able to fix this glitch for everyone on their end. I now see a "Redeem" option.

Anyone notice that the free coffee when redeemed will count as one of the three for the free offer? Might be a glitch.

When you guys placed an order through the Tim Horton's App and select "Drive-Thru" as an option to pickup, do you guys noticed it takes about 5 minutes for the order to go through if you are not in the Tim Horton's (determined by GPS). It holds your order and you can't place another order.

I am wondering if it works better if you select to pickup in store instead.

Assuming it is the same as pick up, the app should let you say you are there.

There's no option with drive thru unfortunately.

This app has a looooong way to go but I guess it's still a million times better then their last one. The menu needs to be fuller and I've ran into issues like checking my transactions of items paid with the barcode when ordering at the counter.

Hi,

Can I redeem it more than once?

Thx
YES every 3 orders gets u a free...sometimes they count the redeemed coffee as a an order as well! app is very YMMV and buggy...i cant seem to order a cherry cheese danish or a single type of donut...it doesnt have every menu item

Wat
Did anyone have their Tim Horton's app balance go to $0.00? I'm pretty sure I had a balance and now it's showing $0.00 but it's highly unlikely I ordered something with the exact amount to get to exactly $0. I e-mailed support but just wondering if anyone has seen this.

Well, it IS Burger King and foreign owned. Waddya expect? Timmies is no longer what it once was when it was heavily invested in supporting the local community. Customer loyalty is suffering due to that.
Yup I agree FatWallet
It used to be only death and taxes were inevitable. Now, of course, there's shipping and handling, too.

1 mini strudel is 0,42$, if you buy 3 in single order it become 0,50$
so instead of 0,42$ x 3 = 1,26$ for 3 mini strudels
go for 0,5$ x 3 = 1,5$ for 9 mini strudels
