Ordered a coffee via phone on Dec 27 then found out the store I intended to pick up my order was closed.
Requested for refund immediately via phone feedback and still waiting.

The app should know if the store is open? How disappointing......

Never used this yet, but for those who have...how far in advance do you need to order? As in, if I am around 2 mins or less away (Tim Hortons is across the street), can I order it via the app, then only wait a few minutes in the store before it is ready, or is it more of a "your order will be ready in 10-15 mins" sort of thing?

I don't mind waiting a little bit, buf if it is still faster to line up and order/pay the traditional way, I somewhat fail to see the point. If it is roughly the same amount of time, then that's fine.
I am the Stig's brother's cousin's friend's former roommate.

App tracks your proximity but you can force (I believe, on top right hand corner) to start preparing now, if you are around.

It depends on how busy they are. If you ordered during rush hours, don't expect immediate service. I like McD's mobile order better. Their apps is better. TIm Horton should learn from it.

Went in on Sun around noon to purchased a sandwich. I waited for 10 mins. There was a line in store. They were focusing on the Drive Thru too much

1 mini strudel is 0,42$, if you buy 3 in single order it become 0,50$
so instead of 0,42$ x 3 = 1,26$ for 3 mini strudels
go for 0,5$ x 3 = 1,5$ for 9 mini strudels
I tried this today and the app is charging me $0.40 each up until the point where I have to pay. Is it location-specific?

3 mini strudel for $0.50 only applies if you buy a drink. Regular price otherwise.

Do you press "redeem" when you are eligible, or do you press it right before you are at the store and want the coffee?

Thanks.

So it goes without saying then that not only do you have to buy the first 3 cups before the 5th, but that the complimentary cup also only lasts until the fifth. Good to know, thanks.

Anyone else lose their free coffee? I had a free coffee in the app on Friday but it isn't there today.

I thought the promotion ran until February 5th?
