Tips for Running

I'm thinking of taking up running and was wondering if anyone could give any tips.
I'm a beginner so nothing too strenuous to start...but would like to get up to 30 to 45 minute runs or longer.

Thanks, Piro21! Great podcasts on that site. I was thinking I would start off with 1-2 minutes of running and then a 4-5 minutes of walking...going to start as soon as this weather improves!
