Tips for ryerson business students?
I'm going into business management this septmeber does anyone have any tips on what field to focus on in my career? I've been thinking about applying for teachers college after as a backup option are their any schools I should consider transferring to perhaps for concurrent if I really want to do this? Also any basic tips to make class easier other then teachers... some which will help me get a job in my field first year and boost my career?
Considering highly majoring:
Accounting
Management
Maybe probably not these following 2
Finance
Marketing
Also would minoring in itm help more then management if I choose to major in accounting? Im sorry if I'm asking too much and appearing to be a needy tramp lol..... I just want to make the most of ryerson.

You should major in accounting. Ryerson is pretty good for accounting. I heard its really weak on finance.
Some of my ryerson grad friends got pretty decent job right after graduating. Just work hard and make sure to use your summer and get some working experience.

What places would be good for experience? I always see alot of business companies offering small jobs but I can't tell if their really valued experience or just small hoax i.e. telemarketers and those universal energy job offers.

Im an HR major at ryerson going into 3rd year. Theres no rush to decide. in 1st and 2nd year, you HAVE to take a course from each stream to help you decide which one you prefer. Your real decision isnt until third year.
