ever seen the show "SELL THIS HOUSE" ? They take houses for sale and make them more appealing for buyers. That's what I'm suggesting. A more neutral decor scheme, less furniture and perhaps a more unified color palette and they'll get more interest.

then why not just Private Message the seller, rather than stating your expertise opinion publically?

I fear for when I have to buy a house on my own.
If thats the pricing of a semi today, it will be like $500 thousand when I want one for my own.
Stupid inflation.
Up for your home, someone will buy it for sure.

Actually agents tell owners that, thats what they told my parents when they sold their home. If it's too cluttered with stuff, it makes the home look smaller (you want it to look big as possible) and most likely people have items that don't match with the house layout.
Best to get the big things out of the way. When we got our big things out the home, people actually said it looked pretty big, thus it sold quicker.

other tips...
remove shower curtain from shower when showing the bathrooms...
schedule visits when the natiural lighting is best in your house...
do not turn on overhead lighting when showing but rather use lamps and spotlights...
avoid cooking before a showing as smells will leave a negative psychological impression of the house...

Why not just hire a "fluffer"?
