I got one of those.. works fine. Nothing special but it allows you to store it properly and comes with a cover. Not the most sturdy thing tho, but you get what you pay for...

Tire stand organizer @ CT
Is anyone using one of these? Are they useful? Seems decent for 13.99
clicky click

Picked up one of these and set it up yesterday.
Definitely better for storing tires than just stacking them on top of each other and I like that it comes with a cover. As mentioned by the previous poster, could be more sturdy and I wish the base had wheels so that it could be moved around with the tires stacked on...
But I think it's a good deal at the sale price this week

Exactly what I am looking for. Hopefully, they are sturdy enough for SUV tires+wheels

I have one. Works good and for 14 bucks, keeps the wheels off the ground.

That is an awesome price! i bought mine for $19.99 (on sale)
it's holdin' my 18"x8" wide wheels/tires pretty well...
but i was surprise that they used plastic plates to hold the
wheels, i thought it would be at least steel or iron or some sort....
overall, i'm pretty impress...easy to assemble too

Finally on sale again! I've been waiting for this to come back on sale for a long time. Thanks McLaren! Looks like you indirectly posted a hot deal in the MVA

I've never used one and I hear it's not perfect, but it is really the best way to store your tyres, both spacewise and for the tyres themselves. Stacking tyres vertically with the weight on their sidewalls is a definite no-no; and standing them upright leaning against a wall takes up more space. This takes almost all the load off the tyre structure and takes up less space by stacking vertically.
I've read that it might not be super sturdy (as others have mentioned as well) but in theory it makes a lot of sense and I'm sure it can't be that bad as long as you don't move it around a lot.

I bought this when it was on sale for $14 last year. Works good. Can't go wrong with only $14.

I got one too.
I am storing my summer set right now and they are 19".
If you have wider size rims and tires, then you might have a problem with height.

Sounds good then. I might need to store my winter rims if no one buys them and store my summers.
