Just in case, but do you check the website first for what you're trying to do?
I've been surprised at what you can find/do via their website after I'd sat on hold for a half an hour.
Of course, to cancel services they still seem to force you to the phones so they can either attempt to change your mind or at the very least to seemingly punish you via hold times. All serices will do that though. Telus was pretty bad when I was cancelling my service with them a couple years back. The guy was worse than when you try to cancel purchase insurance with a credit card company. Reply With Quote

If for prepaid, Speakout which don't cheat on your credit like Rogers do.
