Ive been waiting for an s8 deal since forever but koodo never targeted for me shiiieet!!!
The offers are good for customers who have the targeted $100 to $150 bill credit on their account for upgrades. I’ll find out what the GC is in a couple of hours. It’s probably only $50-$100

I don't think Koodo system will let you pay off your tab less than 90 days.
But if you HUP again, store rep will tell you that your old tab to be taken off before getting a new phone with new tab. Koodo will bill your old tab in your next invoice.
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Public Mobile $34 15GB, $11 250MB, 2x $5 50min/50text, $0 FPL home phone,
Fido $5 4GB plan with a free tablet.

So, to summarize:

1. If you Hup, existing Tab will be added to next bill even if normally you wouldn't be able to pay off a Tab within 90 days?

2. Walmart GCs are stackable with targeted bill credit offers?

After you’ve been a customer on Koodo for 90 days, you only have to wait 24 hours to pay off any new tab. That’s the reason they don’t do upgrade gift cards

Do I care?
I'm glad you guys are discussing a healthy deal unlike the other Wow thread @embguy @NavieM. A big thank you for that.

@Rogido
Pay off has to be done on Koodo side. Stores don't have magic button to trigger that. Individual account offers should be stackable. I'm not sure if HUP are also good for other phones besides iPh6 and SE - those are quite old phones....

Also $30 fee applies on upgrades as well.

Thanks OP for posting. I was able to pick one up this morning.

For the record there is a $30 connection fee for the HUP that the guy said he was unable to waive. So total for me was about $90 (5% GST in AB)

Just reminder for those lines in seasonal hold, the don’t count as service days. The 90 days mean your line is active for at least 90 days

My local TMS rep will get a phone from other TMS store to be shipped to my local TMS store. But I have to do HUP this weekend and I will pickup the phone next Wednesday or Thursday. The phone will be sealed-in-box. The TMS and Koodo invoices will show the IMEI number of the phone which you paid for. You check the IMEI number against your invoices when you pickup your new phone.

I know some TMS stores do not that. You need to ask your local store whether they get phone from other store with stock. The stock may come from other province.

As far as I know, the PCO pts redemption is still $500 per transaction.
There may be limit which Koodo has on pay down tab during activation. I am not sure.

When I went to my local mobile shop, lady told me there is no stock in province and they cannot even order from other store anymore.

Because someone said WOW only offer deal on Tab M...so 360-GC.

Does anyone remember the best deal on SE ever ?
I remember iPhone 6 being on 300GC and small tab, getting phone for practically nothing considering one or two referrals (this was for new line only).
