how did you connect the supply to the toilet? Are you sure you're opening the valve? I've had handle break from seized valve innards.

toilet install help
I'm trying to install a pegasus toilet I bought at HD and am having trouble finishing the job. Everything looks good except when I turn the water back on. For some reason the tank and bowl are not filling up. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

You don't have a valve at the point where water source comes out of ground/wall?
4 toilets I've installed in my/friends house all had those valves and never had problem with water filling up.

Problem solved
Sorry to waste your time people, turns out that there's a lock/safety on the fill valve.
Sucker just filled up once this was released.
