Pillar just went full retard on that dive. Jeez up 4 runs 8th inning and you do stuff like that costing Buerhle's outing. Run scores and on 3rd instead of no runs scored 1st and 2nd
I agree it's stupid but it's good to put our bullpen to work. As long as we still get the win, i think all is good - i'm sure he's learnt his lesson not to do that again lol.

Jays win. Next up Yanks. Let's see what is going to happen to them after the series with Cleveland.

Blue Jays are first place in the A.L. East right now, but don' get too excited. They need to win more. Need at least a 5 game cushion of lead against the Yanks.

He seriously needs a day off. When was the last time he got one?
Pillar has earned his spot to become an everyday player at Center Field. Getting Pillar a day off is like giving Bautista or Donaldson a night off against the Cardinals in the WS. "PILLAR OF STRENGTH!"

Attendance has spiked big time since the trades. Almost 48,000 today. Crazy.

What's the skydome's (yes, SkyDome... not Robber's Centre) capacity anyways? What is considered "sold out"? Don't these 48,000 people have jobs?! WTF

Yeah yanks still got 3 games on us - and if they win all of them they will come ahead :(

Hope all the cheering for Pillar's defense hasn't gotten to his head. That's the second time in the series where he attempted to dive for a line drive catch and came up empty.

Both hits would've been singles that wouldn't have resulted in RBIs. Instead they were turned into an RBI dbl and RBI triple.

It's summertime, kids are off, people are off work. Probably lots of groups too.

Was at the game last night. Totally different atmosphere than when Boyd pitched in early July and let in 8 runs in the 1st. :D
Magic is in the air.

Next game on Sunday, in Anaheim though :D . Who would be pitching on the 23rd. Hutch I think, 3rd damn start might be seeing Hutch pitch on the road.
