Gibby made a big mistake with that double switch. We lost Teoscar for the rest of the game, instead of Petricka he should have brought in McGuire as a straight switch, just like the Mets brought in Lugo

Barnes is back. Real smart of them to send him down when he had been pitching decently. This bouncing up and down of position players is very odd. Especially of Smith/Alford/Pompey.

None of those outfielders where tearing it up in AAA so yea strange moves. Unless of course they are planning to blow it up soon so wanted to give them a try out

Ya, why not bring one guy up and give him an extended look, rather than a game or two. I mean, didn't Smith get 2 hits in his first game and was then sent down.
The pitchers I get, since the starting pitching has taxed the pen.

Guerrero goes 4 for 4 at AA. No way end of May rolls around without him getting a callup.

Anyone here done a trip to Seattle to watch the Jays, through Vancouver?

Why would you pull out Happ now !!! Why not let him pitch a complete game the way he is pitching, even if he give a run or two. He is also 2 for 3 in hits !!!.

with that long delay I'm actually surprised they left him in as long as they did, he was at 101 pitches anyway

Oh Yeah. I wasn't watching the game just following the score. Didn't realize he was at 101 pitches. Did he look like he was getting tired or loosing his command ?

Would have been nice to see him pitch a complete game after his last start.
