They will be gone. Most managers want their own coaches.
They would be crazy to get rid of Pete Walker. I have never heard a bad word about him.

Yeah hopefully he stays around but it sounds like management wants a new system put in.

Pete Walker, 3rd base coach and 1st base coach stay. The rest gone.
Hopefully a younger manager from a winning team like the Dodgers or Houston like the Phillies or Boston got.
coming from someone who watches the NL east very closely, you don't want anything close to Gabe Kapler. Games will be 4 hours long, and they still lose.

Or put another way, just get a former Red Sox from their championship team(s):

Alex Cora (Red Sox Manager)
Terry Francona (Cleveland Manager)
Kevin Cash (Tampa Manager)
Dave Roberts (Dodgers Manager)
Gabe Kapler (Phillies Manager)
Torey Lovullo (Diamondbacks Manager)

There are still some noteworthy ones from those years, although it remain to be seen if they want to pursue managerial roles:
Mike Lowell (not sure what he's doing, but If he decides to coach/manage, hope it's for the Red Sox), Jason Varitek (special assistant), Dana Levangie (pitching coach)

I'm not keeping up with the search and the criteria management is using, but based on what antigua1999 stated - spanish speaking, young:
Joey Cora, Carlos Beltran and Sandy Alomar Jr are possibilities. They're former players with good to strong careers,
known for having high baseball IQs, fairly young and speak spanish.

Looks like Gibbons is going let Russ Martin manage the Blue-Jays for the Sunday finale.

I read that today. I wonder what the thought process is. You would think Gibby would want to manage possibly his last game as Manager. I get giving Russell a game to manage I can see that in his future. I wonder why not Saturdays game.

Josh Donaldson's OBP is .400 and OPS is .920 now with Cleveland. He had to refer to an NFL specialist for his calf issue in August
Along with Gibbons, management should fire their high performance department, been a disaster since they have been place for two years.

It will be wrong to get rid of Stroman just because of one bad season and at the lowest value, If they do get rid of him it may be because they don't like his attitude. I don't think Biagini is coming back, they really sabotaged his career.

To me these 3 are locks and I would order them as follows (I mean the order only matters the 1st time around and for bragging rights)

Stroman
Borucki
Foley

Gaviglio hasn't really proven himself to be a reliable starter so #4 and #5 are pretty much open

Sanchez goes to the pen

If I was in charge he wouldn't be back. He is too immature. I`m not sure what happened in his life but he seems to be " me" against the world. I was shocked when the story came out about him and Sanchez fighting and not getting along.

You forgot about the guy with the biggest contract on the team too. TULOWHIFFSKI.
And half of those guys you mentioned will start at Triple AAA.
