You forgot about the guy with the biggest contract on the team too. TULOWHIFFSKI.
And half of those guys you mentioned will start at Triple AAA.
You are correct I totally forgot about Tulo.

2019 Opening Day Roster 25 Man

Infielders = 8 once spring training is completed

Smoak - Starting 1B - Tellez will be called up if he's injured
Tellez - AAA Starter even though I believe he will have an absolutely amazing spring training. I would love him to have him start with the MLB club but Unless the Jays can trade Morales & Smoak's Contracts or trade a middle infielder somehow named Diaz or Travis. Maybe they can use Drury has the back up left fielder. Or maybe the jays just keep him in AAA to delay his Free Agency Clock.
Travis - Starting 2B
Gurriel Jr - Back up Infielder who will still get 500 At bats somehow
Diaz (I think he'll be traded as we have too many infielders unless drury becomes the 4th outfielder)
Tulo - Starting SS gotta play to get traded - hopefully
Morales - DH
Solarte - 3B Starter unless Traded
Drury - Back up 3B/2B/OF and will manage to get 450 AB somehow
Maille (Released or sent to Triple AAA due to log Jam of Catchers, unless Martin, Jansen and or Mcguire get injured or completely suck during Spring Training)
Jansen - Begins season as Back up will receive 40% of the starts
Martin - Begins season as Starting C will receive 60% of the starts
McGuire - AAA - Someones gotta do it.
Urena - AAA - Unless someone gets injured

Outfielders = 4 once spring training is completed

CF: Pillar (Arbitration)
RF: Grichuk - Under control
LF = Spring Training Battle between the following: Hernandez vs Mckinney vs Cheap Free Agent here (Leonys Martin, Maybin, Austin Jackson etc)
Back Up = Spring Training Battle between the following: Hernandez vs Mckinney vs Cheap Free Agent here (Leonys Martin, Maybin, Austin Jackson etc)

Starting Pitchers = 5 Once spring training is completed

RHP: Stroman, Sanchez, Free Agent (Chris Tillman, Cahill, Eovaldi, Anibal Sanchez, etc)
LHP: Borucki, Panone or Free Agent (Brett Anderson, Ryu, Happ, etc)

Relief Pitchers = 8

RHP: Tepera, Free Agent x2?, Gaviglio (longman?)
LHP: Mayza, Free Agent?, Panone (longman?)
CP: Giles
Final 1- 3 bullpen spots will be determined by Spring Training Battles
Barnes, Petricka, and some free agents like Clippard, Axford, Loup, lol

Jays have got to find a way to move some bodies (preferrably for some pitching) because we have a bunch of guys in the minors who will need a position to play at in the next 1-2 years.

Cubs out. Sometimes you wonder if it's worth to be in the playoffs than lose in the WC game. They should really make this a best out of 3 followed by a 5, 5 and 7.
Anyone see the hug? Don't how the runner at 1st wasn't called out, should have been interference. If the Rockies had lost the game there, the hug would have been the controversial play.

I`m not sure what happened in his life but he seems to be " me" against the world.
I use to think that's how he hyped himself up for games. But then all this stuff happened off the field so now I don't think so. Sad. When you start losing, everything falls apart.

Bad decision to send Hendriks out on a do or die game... Game Over for Oakland Classic Red Sox and Yanks match up ugh... had enough of those over the years...

Oakland A's with 13 strikeouts at the plate. Everyone must have tried to do to much at the plate. Lack of playoff experience.

But I still think they should have went with Fiers to start.

If Milwaukee's bullpen day blows up today too, there will be second guessing if this can actually work in the playoffs since the margin for error is so low.

It doesn't make sense in my opinion. Like if you want to bring the bullpen in early, in like the 5th inning that's one thing. Or if you're like Tampa Bay, going with an "opener" and you've been doing that for a while now, such that people are used to their roles, that's cool too.

But to suddenly do it, like Oakland did. Nope.

Well the trade with Cleveland is finally finalized and out player to be named later is "drum roll please"

Merryweather, the player to be named later in the trade, was 7-9 with a 5.32 earned-run average in 2017 over 25 games for triple-A Columbus and double-A Akron.
The 26-year-old native of Berkeley, Calif., missed this past season after undergoing Tommy John surgery in March.
Merryweather is 23-20 with a 3.92 ERA over four minor-league seasons.
The Blue Jays designated utilityman Jon Berti for assignment to make room on the 40-man roster.

The best the braintrust could get for Donaldson is a 26 year old dead arm pitcher. Anyone of us could of done better. I would of kept him and traded him in the winter. Go Jays Go
