Jays finalized coaching staff for 2019

some of these guys look a little young to be coaching in the MLB. They look like they could still be playing in it.

Now if they could hire some one to do better job of photoshopping the caps onto to some of the coaches.

Pete Walker, 3rd base coach and 1st base coach stay. The rest gone.
Hopefully a younger manager from a winning team like the Dodgers or Houston like the Phillies or Boston got.
Was wrong on the 1st base coach and the manager.

No surprise with Solarte. I thought at the beginning of the year he would be another Kawasaki but he didnt fill that role. Pillar and Travis are tradeable. Go Jays Go

They lost too man fan favourites, so I am sure Pillar was a no brainer to be kept for 2019 to keep the fans happy through the rebuild.
But wouldn't be surprised if he is traded half way through the season depending on how the new guys perform in the outfield.

Did you guys see what Josh Donaldson just said about the Blue Jays training staff (and in a way also the team management)?

We had a world class GM in Anthopoulos and he had just brought us playoff baseball. Hiring Shapiro was the worst move possible by Rogers.

Meh, he also had a calf injury in the 2017 season, when that training staff (that's with Atlanta now) was still with Toronto. And that was also early in the season.

Of course i'm sure he won't have a calf injury in 2019 because he did diddly squat all of this year.
