I've had some work done by www.brochureplace.com
They did a great job if you designed your own cards and uploaded it to them. They're print quality is pretty good and their prices are reasonable.
I've had postcards and biz.cards. done by them on 2 occasions. I will use them again. They have a pretty informative web-site too._______________

I use 1print.ws They do great work and very cheap. You will need to supply them with artwork. Both sides, offset printed, glos or not 14pt stock for USD$49
