Looks like the Gardiner is back open, not sure about the King/Bay area. I know they had that blocked off as well.

A section of King St. West closed off after a taxi's window was smashed by falling ice has also reopened.
But the CN Tower issue is keeping Bremner Blvd. off limits to downtown traffic.
