Grand Prize Details: One (1) grand-prize winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries received on or before the grand prize closing date of 5:00 PM (EDT) on September 4, 2009. The grand prize winner will receive:

• 2 Emirates round-trip economy class tickets from Toronto via Dubai to Australia. The airfare is for 2 roundtrip economy class tickets via Dubai to only one of the 4 Australian cities. Must be point-to-point (i.e. Toronto-Dubai-Sydney and return from Sydney to Toronto). Does not include any additional transportation. 6 nights, 4-star, accommodation on a Standard V Room, single/double occupancy. Subject to availability. All travel must be completed by September 4, 2010 — no extensions will be allowed.

Sponsor represents and warrants to St. Joseph Media that $2,280 is the fair market value of the Prize.
