This winter has been bad, you have to avoid 1 or two every 5metres on Huntingwood In Scarborough.

oh wow, you got me good there lol.
I was more thinking it'd do a quick swerve (dangerously of course) to avoid the hole.

Yeah the issue with the roads in Canada in general is because of the winters, thats why the roads are better in hotter countries.
I missed this last week, but I always found North Dakota roads to be leaps and bounds better than Manitoba roads. We also used to joke that you can tell you are in ND with your eyes closed...tuk, tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk, then nothing...when you hit smooth pavement, you're in ND.

They have similar weather to southern Manitoba, so I'm not sure it's only about the weather. Alberta roads are pristine compared to Manitoba as well, and there are ferocious swings in temperatures here (-30 one day, +5 the next).

LOL at people complaining that it's hard to drive their bikes and lowered rice racers during winter.
I drive with big ass donut snow tires and clearance for days in my Camry tractor. 0 issues.

Thank goodness for 185/65 tires. Potholes feels like goose bumps.
