Purchase it when the big box stores have the specials going and give you the rebate right there on the spot.
And NO inspector showed up at my house to see if it was installed.

There is a form you fill out which you can get at the box stores or online at City of Toronto website. You also have to send your receipt with it. They will mail you a cheque. No inspector has come.

1) Yes, you can get $60 or $75 rebate from city of Toronto (6L-$60, dual flush-$75).
You can also get $65 from Federal and $65 from Ontario gov, if participating in Ecoenergy program.
Plus the HRTC rebate on 2009 tax return applies as well.
