How did you even get 1 for $235? I see the $200's but once you click it, the return goes straight up to $600-700..?

I thought of Detroit before, but I got to pay for overnight airport parking for several days.mab4u2 wrote: ↑ If you live on the West side of Toronto ( Kitchener area for me) you may want to consider Spirit Air out of Detroit. I usually get a flight for Aprox $150 -$170 us return . My lowest was $110 US each last year
Detroit is a 4 hour flight and a 3 hour drive (7 hours). These deals( Delta) are 8 hour flights and a 1 hour drive ( for me). I prefer to be in my vehicle than waiting in an airport. Also lower risk of delays as mentioned in previous reply.
FYI direct Flight from T.O. is 4 hrs 50 mins . with 1 hour drive , So Detroit is aprox 1 hour longer, for me on direct flights, but on average $200 per, cheaper. Covers my resort fees , rental car and food. ( Free buffets on My Vegas on Facebook if you play their free slot games consistently and build up points)
I do pay $70 us a year(covers the wife and I) to be part of Spirits $9 club , (yeah I go often but it is cheap so why not)
Nelson's Landing , free cliff jumping into the Colorado river , 50 minutes from the strip. (need a car) From 2 foot high to 60 feet high. Great drive getting there too. Most locals don't know about this spot...
Will be there for my 6 th Halloween this year, great costumes, some real skanky ones too...but to each their own

Wonder if Westjet comes up with something, last couple of Delta deals, Westjet followed up a day or two later.

It's all dead now, even FLL. These deals don't last long when they get posted all over the web.

I think this is probably true depending where you want to stay. Last November I did a direct flight and 4 nights at the ARIA through Sunwing with my wife for $1180 taxes included (not including resort fees)
Nightly rate for the room we had at ARIA is $199USD ($260 CAD x 4 = $1040). If I tried to do that same trip using this deal and booking ARIA myself, I'm looking at $1040 + $470 = $1510. $330 more than our Sunwing package. Of course there are much cheaper hotels but in this scenario booking through Sunwing seems cheaper.

I pay at Toronto also , but do not park at the airport . At DTW I use something similar to Park N fly . Works out to around $7.50 Us / day ( 24 hours), $53 us from Oct 28 th to Nov 3 rd . You can put the same dates in for T.O. park n fly to compare
I believe to Park at the DTW airport it is $13us per day ( 24 hours) . Was $10 last year, but went up and with CDN $ drop I moved to an off site Company. Sorry can't recall the name but found it on google.
Not sure what an "overnight parking" charge is , might be same as 24 hr rate???
