Couple of other 55"s (not 3d or smart) going for $899
Samsung UN55EH6000
Samsung UN55ES6003FXZC
LG 55LS4500
For Gaming, movies what would be the better bet?

Fully recommend this its second best in their 2012 line up and certainly the least priced passive 3D TV at this size. (Boxing day offer at BB was $977).
It has an LG panel inside it (55LM6700)_______________
Happy paying $80 for a WDTV ? Better think again, the AIOS is here.

How is the $40 andriod stick smart tv compared to the built in Smart TV though? Is the interface as nice or better? I'm asking since I've never tried the andriod stick but I tried the Smart TV feature on my friend's Samsung TV and it was something I would use often to watch youtube or netflix.
