Townwood Homes
Just bought a new home in Brampton (Riverstone) from Townwood Homes, does anyone have any feedback about this builder? Does anyone have any information about this little country club community? Seems to be primarily large homes, but no shopping, schools or amenities.
Thanks!

You should ask these questions before purchasing your home so that you will know what you are dealing with. Asking them now won't be much use to you but just know that most builders don't do a good job putting these shacks together. If you do have a good experience consider yourselves damn lucky.

I live with my family in a TownWood home built in 1985 and I think its very well built. Its a very solid house and we have had some issues but that's only to be expected after 20 years.
I have no idea what their homes are like today, but if you're concerned bring a contractor who you trust to your home for a walk-through the house periodically throughout construction to make suggestions.
