Usually not much more than the usual CCC song and dance of wholesale + 5%.

You'll need to take the higher end of the spectrum because the XLS or Limited is pretty much the Lexus of minivans (Note Lexus doesn't have a minivan so...). The other reason is the higher trims aren't as in demand as the lower trims, so they are a bit more rare... However at the end of the year due to lack of demand you can squeeze some dealers that can't move it.
