Traffic on the 401

Im not sure if this is the correct subforum to ask this question but I thought I'd try here first.

Does anyone take the 401 East from Winston Churchill to Hurontario in the mornings from 7:30-8:00AM? Just wanted to know how the traffic was in this area at that time.

I would say it is pretty bad at that time if you take eastbound, westbound is ok though.
