Anybody on RFD here have any experience working in transfer pricing? What's the environment like? How's the pay? What's the job growth potential and/or exit opportunities in transfer pricing?

I'm pretty interested in this area of work in determining prices (and tax effects) between inter-company transactions and really want to consider it as a potential place to work.

What are usually the requirements to work in transfer pricing? Are there entry level positions or are they mostly senior level positions?
