Transfering from one U to another

How does one go about doing this?

best way to start off is to contact your program's advisor and the program advisor of the University you want to transfer to.
If you're gonna be in the same (or similar) program in both Universities then you should be able to apply your credits at your new program but it really depends on how the universities work with each other. Be ready to take some courses out of stream.
