Transferring schools.. I couldn't get my transcript today. but i have something else.

I went to my old school to get my transcript but the lady went out to lunch.. I decided to come back an hour later, but then she left school early.. I need the transcript by tomorrow morning and I cannot get it again since i'm living far from downtown.. I did however get a "Credit Counseling" sheet from guidance.. Is this sufficient enough for applying for another school?

the guidance counseler is not authorized and trained to enter into the transcript system thingy.. (thats what she said at least..) and plus.. if i had cash.. u think i'd be in the hot deals section all the time? daydreaming about the products?
