Call Niagara Airbus. They service both Buffalo and Toronto airports. IIRC it should be somewhere in the area of $100 to be picked up at Buffalo and dropped off at your door in Toronto.
I doubt the Avis rental is a solution. Most rental companies will not their vehicles to be driven out of state, let alone out of country.

travel advice: bus service from Buffalo Niagara International Airport 2 Toronto??
Hi there,
A friend of mine is coming to see me soon. He will be landed on Buffalo Niagara International Airport on the Mother's Day evening. He is proabably carrying one lugguage plus a small hand-carry size. I need to plan the easiest transport for him to come up to Toronto from the Airport.
I searched the BNIA website but did not help very much. I found out on their site stating Coach Canada, Greyhound Canada Service, plus some other cross border transport are available in the airport and area but that doesn't help very much.
Would any of you be able to give out some detail advice? He could rent a car from Avis, for example, and return it in Toronto Avis. But this would proabably cost him too much, plus I don't know what the policy for the car rental company to rent a car to a person who doesn't even have the status of the place where it is. Note: my friend is a landed immigrant of Canada only.
Thanks for your time.

May 4th, 2004 03:40 PM #3i have rented in buffalo and dropped off in downtown toronto at both avis and hertz, its no real problem. pretty expensive, about $90-120 depending on what rate ya get. Sometimes i think it might be cheaper flying!

As I posted in the other thread anyone actually use the Niagara Air bus service? its kinda odd they list the address of Buffalo airport as:
1234 Buffalo Airport Avenue, Buffalo Outskirt, NY, United States, 14203
when their actual address is:
The Buffalo Niagara International Airport
4200 Genesee Street
Cheektowaga, NY 14225
thinkiing of going with them, $63USD online not bad, but their website really odd and tough to navigate..._______________
