Travel options between Pearson Airport and Niagara Falls?

What are the various options and prices for travel between Toronto Pearson Airport and Niagara Falls for a business traveller? I have read that a cab ride is something in the order of $145. Looking for something cheaper, but still convenient? Thanks.

Any decent hotels near 7300 block of Lundy's Lane, the location for a two day conference in the fall? The reviews on the host hotel, Ramada Corel Inn, have been disappointing. Must be within walking distance to the host hotel. Considering the Ramada Inn Suites and Days Inn Lundy's Lane....doesn't appear to be much selection, though.

Thanks.

why dont you rent a car? its prolly cheaper to rent a car for couple days then for transportation from yyz to niagara and back.

then, you also dont have to stay at hotels within walking distance

It's an option, but I typically don't like driving around in large cities especially those that I am not at all familar with (eg. Toronto). I didn't even like driving in Vancouver where I used to live and go to school.

Isn't there a shuttle bus or a subway/transit?

I would rent the car.. The airport is basically a ten minute highway drive from being out of the city and onto the QEW highway which takes you right to Niagara. You could do something like drive through Niagara on the Lake on the way as well.

David, that end of Lundys Lane is somewhat off the tourist beat. The Coral Inn Ramada is directly across from the Factory Outlet Mall (and right around the corner from me! :) ). That Ramada complex is currently going through some renovations including closing the current restaurants and opening 2 new ones. There is a Comfort Inn (I think that's what it is) directly across the street from The Ramada complex. There are a bunch of cheap motels further up the lane but as I said, the area of your host hotel is somewhat off the tourist beat and not close to any of the tourist attractions, casino, etc. Niagara AirBus would be your best bet if you don't want to drive but driving here from YYZ is really straight forward.

Thanks, all. It will be either the airbus or a rental car. Thanks for the info, CSK'sMom. I am looking for a hotel of reasonable quality (3 or better stars is preferred)....so the cheap ones are definately out.

Has anyone here taken the Niagara airbus?
https://www.niagaraairbus.com/

I am thinking of taking it from Buffalo airport to Toronto Pearson Airport, but their website is hard to navigate, they only list Buffalo airpot in the heading and give an odd address
1234 Buffalo Airport Avenue, Buffalo Outskirt, NY, United States, 14203

not sure if this is the International airport with airport code: BUF, anyone know?

thanx.
