Treadmill vs Exerbike?
Which one is more effective in burning calories?

Assuming you exercise at roughly the same intensity on each, the treadmill. You use more muscle mass running than cycling. Not to mention that most people are not efficient runners (poor efficiency = more calories burned).

Whichever one you're willing to use regularly.
Whatever difference there is in calories burned will pale in comparison to whether you enjoy it enough to keep doing it.
Have you tried using either?

You know at the beginning I used to hate the upright type of cardio machines (stair master, elliptical, treadmill), but I realized I got results twice as good on them than I got on the bike (for weight loss and fat burning).
So I forced myself to get used to them and it's really paid off. I can now claim I hate all forms of cardio equally
If you stick at it long enough eventually you wont hate any of it. That's my theory.
