Fact of the matter is, we had a deal for the Panasonic Toughbook, he did give me a Georgetown address late that night because I work a late shift, but no phone number. What am I supposed to do? Ring the bell at midnight and wake everyone up? I PM for a phone number, and no response for over an hour. His previous PMs were very quick, within 10 minutes if I remember correctly.

I say again, prove me wrong. I'll be happy to retract all my negative comments once you prove me wrong. And I'll retract my comments in big bold letters too, since you feel it was totally unfair to you that I posted the warning in big bold type.

Taking over an hour to respond to a PM doesn't mean the person is a bad trader. Making you think you have a deal and not following through CAN make a person a bad trader.

Wow! I wonder how many more people he's pissed off in his short time on RFD?

The funny thing is he keeps sending me PMs telling me that everybody has the wrong idea about him. Plus, he's pissed off at me because I posted in one of his FS threads that he should clean up his trading issues before trying to sell anything else.

Flintblade was the same way... tries to dick someone around for $45, then continues to try to sell his stuff like nothing ever happened.

This is why I would like to see a ban on posting in the BST forums to anyone that has an unresolved trading issue.

Ok, wouldnt it be "fair" to just say I shouldnt be doing any shipping trades? I dont see any problem with pickups/deliveries. Anyways. I didnt cash the Money Order, thats why I mentioned an apology, I don't expect one anyways.

Good thing I found this thread, Bill, contact me. I am not hiding, I will make this right. I made a mistake and I will make it right. We can talk over the phone if you'd like. I sent you a few PM's over the past couple of days, sent one a few mins ago. I am a good trader and all my heat will vouch for that. I was busy and lost sight of a priority and Bill here doesnt deserve that. If none of what I said in my PM or here is satisfactory I will relinquish my heat so you can put on what I deserve. hopefully talk to ya soon man.

And back here on the 26th of October he's talking about "making it right". Hope you don't have to wait 6 weeks like boo did.......or was that 4 years

It's not a police issue, its a civil issue. You had a contract that he broke, take him to small claims, make sure you add your reasonable expenses, court costs, etc, make him pay.
Someone makes themselves a thief over such small amounts...makes you wonder about people...

And yes...TRASH HIS HEAT, that is what it's for(ie. heatware is a way to relate buying/selling experiences, good AND bad...)

Scammers. I agree, take him to small claims, trash his heatware to death. But before that I would drop by the scammers place and force a collection. MAKE HIM PAY!
