Around 2-3 weeks ago, my mom and I were driving up Don Mills and we were just about to pass Peanut Plaza (Anyone in this area knows) near Georges Vanier High School. I saw a prop plane (looked like a Porter Airlines Flight) fly extremely low, like apartment rooftop low, I'd say there was probably a few 100 metres (planes should be flying a few thousand feet unless its a final approach right?) between the buildings and the plane. Has anyone seen what I saw that day?! I was so awed and confused, why was this prop plane flying so low?! And I don't think it was an illusion as well, in my school's field, planes pass by on their approach for Pearson and make the U-turn for a due west approach over my school. They usually fly quite high. Anyone else see what I saw? I've been searching for any mentions on the internet but nothing!!

NAV Canada operates a fleet of Dash8's and CRJ's, that perform ILS and other instrument (VOR, NDB, etc.) calibrations and quality assurance.
They've been known to fly in circles, fairly low, for literally hours over communities that are in close proximity to runways and/or other NAVAIDs.
Usually you can track their flights down on www.flightaware.com.
The Q400 is a Dash8, although I believe the NAV Canada aircraft are the smaller versions.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked Mark77 for this post.

Those were aliens masquerading as earthlings surveying the planet for assault.
