Turducken

Has anyone tried a turducken? From what I hear, its a turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken.

Just wondering if they're available in Canada...I know they're easily available in the US.

Indeed, that is what they are. Also delicious!

We had an Amerifriend get ours for us from Cajun Specialty Meats in the states, since they don't ship to Canada. We had about 25 people over and everyone thought it was great. I know some people have made them on their own, if you can de-bone a chicken (and a duck and a turkey) then it shouldn't be too hard.

Ours also had a cajun-sausage based dressing stuff inside.

Darn, I'm getting hungry...
