No it's a REAL chain store with real warranties, return privileges and service.
Why is no one mentioning the name of this place if it's a chain? I'm really confused by this thread.

In netflix you cannot choose if your tv supports dolby vision then you get dolby vision. I am glad your enjoying it, I am very picky and could not take all the little annoyances of Vizio. The worst being when the t.v switches to HDR the settings stay the same to whatever you last use forcing me to manually switch every time to my custom HDR settings then back again. Drove me crazy.
I'm not so well versed on that yet... will have to read more about it.

Because big chains are not supposed to sell under what Samsung, Sony and LG is allowing them to sell. So they do it "covertly".

I returned my vizio for the sony as it is way to dim for hdr let alone dolby vision. Visio just doesn’t have the nits. Side by side the x900 on hdr looked 2x better then my vizio on dv.
Sorry, but those statements are false. The Vizio M may not have great brightness in SDR, but with HDR, it competes well with the Sony, especially when you consider price. See this article for reference: https://www.cnet.com/products/vizio-m70-e3/review/2/

official optimum HDR standard for LED/LCD TVs is the ability to display at least 1,000 Nits, also WRG
most my monitors are 300 Nits I think and I set to 65% and it's just right. so 1000 is like gonna mess up eyeballs? lol.

If somebody can PM me the location if they find out, that would be great. I don't know why, but apparently being less than an hour from T.O negates this deal for me.

65x900e user here.

Oddly enough we had friends over to watch a 4K disc (Passengers) to test out the new tv.

I sat off to the side due to temporary placement (more to the side than a normal seat should be) and didn't mind the viewing angle.

I also thought the tv speakers themselves are some of the better built in tv speakers I have had in a long time (I go through tvs a lot it seems). Obviously not close to surround, but no one had issues. It wasn't tinny or anything.

Movie on Xb1 S was good. Some halo effect for maybe a total of 15 seconds worth of movie but may be the movie itself.

PS4 Pro AssCreed Origins was real nice. Also NHL 18 was upscaled and looked amazing. Haven't been able to test too much yet.

Installed Kodi and will install NHL Gamecentre on it since it is not available from PlayStore for some reason.. sucks.

Once I disabled a few things the apps were much snappier. Netflix and DAZN load fast. Way better than my older devices and even faster than my PS4.

We are very happy with our tvs. Still a month or so away from installing side by side.. but can hardly wait now that we have seen them in action.
What did you disable to make the tv faster? I find the smart feature sluggish a bit
