Because this stuff is not noodle in broth like regular ramen, and not all spicy things taste the same?

That's what I do, with sriracha. The garlic-ky flavour from the sauce enhances the broth to the zen level.

I like these but it always give me diareah. My spice and pain tolerence is up there. Spicy food is no problem. Its just the gas and stomach acid churning a few hours later that gets me :(

Butttt my doc gave me these pills to take before eating spicy food >=]

Its surprising how well these go with a slice of kraft processed cheese

There are different heat levels, to be honest I don't find hot sauce spicy at all. I'm talking about stuff like sriracha, I'm sure there are real spicy hot stuff out there, but most that are sold widely available aren't spicy at all.
