UltraSharp 2007WFP is on sale at dell.ca for 399.99
forget the days of deals, this is a very good price. Besides, if it ever becomes cheaper during the days of deals, just tell them I think they have 30 days refund policy.
The UltraSharp 2407FPW is also on sale, for 769.99$! Now is the time!

Are the banding issues fixed now on the 2007's and are they safe to buy?
Also, how is dell's return policy(can u return it if you dont like it or dead pixels)?

Yes the banding issues are fixed. I think you can return it within the first 30 days, not sure though.
