Unable to Top Up Telus Pay'N'Talk

Anyone else have trouble connecting with Telus Pay and Talk to check on account balance and to Top Up the account? You are supposed to phone #123 to access your phone account. But since last night, all I got is a busy signal. I hate to lose my large unused balance of nearly $300 which expires Oct.10.

I've had that happen in the past. Usually just a temporary problem.
What you can do is dial 611 on the phone.
They can do it manually from there.

I thought it was *123, not #123?
