Went to the shop. What's the big deal? Appears the walmart of the fashion world. Just cheap clothing with an asian flare.
Not everything can be up to the stands of H&M.

I think the appeal of Uniqlo is their clothing is basic enough for everyday use and the quality is pretty good for the price you pay, from what I've heard.

I've only owned two shirts from them and they have held up well over the years - I don't wear them anymore since I've upgraded my wardrobe. Their socks are awesome and I will grab some more.

They sell staple items for a good price. Fit is great, quality is ok.

Do they carry Tennis clothing from Djokovic in store ?
Djokovic and Nishikori do not look attractive wearing those clothes.

I prefer the quality of Uniqlo clothing compared to H&M. But damn the prices here are pretty damn high. Guess it's from the forever weak dollar. I remember back in the day, I can buy a bag load of various clothing for under $100 CAD in HK and Tokyo stores.

When I was in Japan and Singapore in the summer, the prices there are quite comparable. If I took the prices in JpY and SGD that I paid at the time and convert it to CAD, it's similarly priced to what uniqlo in Toronto is charging. Maybe just a touch cheaper there but not by much (also helps that you can get out of paying sales tax there).

The $79.99 light down jacket is a good deal. That price point is a sweet spot for this kind of jacket. nice design and comfortable. Good quality zipper

Also got a bunch of trunks/socks and heattech stuff.

Love this store

Whenever I get a Heattech email, I wish I was at the Toronto Eaton Centre trying on the items with Heattech.

The Yorkdale location is abit crazy. Its organized on 2 floors- but I could not figure out why some stuff was on the mainfloor vs upstairs. I assumed their seasonal stuff was on the mainfloor- but no- its also on the second floor.

Some of the prices are decent, and some are a bit high. Alot of slim fits. Disappointed in their mens shirt selection.
