Unknown Movie Trailer?

I was watching Transformers in the movie theatres a while ago, and I just remembered that my friends and I saw a trailer being played on the screen that did not include a title of the movie. I remember that there was a date provided though, but I can't remember it. It was some trailer where people were partying (on a patio?) and all of a sudden everyone frantically runs to the side of the building to bear witness to something surprising/strange? I thought it was Godzilla or something, but I don't know. Anybody know what I'm talking about?
