Depends. Yes, S60 phones can not be unlocked. Then again, you may be able get the unlock code from the service provider. Remind you that they may charge you for the code though.

isnt it just bb5 type nokia's that cant be unlocked.....which are those from europe etc


other nokia's from the states and here (6682 example) can be unlocked

nope none of them can be.. even cingular can get you the unlock code...
