Nah, what about De Niro and Co selling Nobu same in 2017, some thought that was the peak.

Checked out the finishings in the marketing plans. Is premium vinyl flooring a thing now?

It's been a while since I bought precon condo but 7K for a locker at Yonge and Eg? Jeez. I won't even talk about the parking.

Seems like a top notch building though. I guess Pharell's name adds some extra $ to the price and hype to the project. Think it'll sell well. When precon hit that $1K/foot mark it was a wrap. Every project was given license to significantly exceed that number.

Have you seen vinyl planks? It's not your old school vinyl floors from the 80s/90s lol

I appreciate the compliment. No it's not obvious to many. I should not have to tell you that given you are a self described 'Award Winning Realtor' lol.

It's not going to sell out, because they always hold back. Baker needs to sell a certain percentage in-house with their own agents, otherwise it defeats the purpose of having Baker doing the Sales and Marketing if the builder has to coop with third party agent for all the sales.

Floor plans are not great, especially the podium levels, but for entry level investors, they work.

Yes I have seen some newer ones, definitely not the 80's/90's kind. Interesting to see it being added to precon projects, that's all.
Engineered hardwood used to be the 'gold standard' for luxury finishes (I had mine in my small condo built in 2007, then changed it to laminate after a flood - more durable). Then the precons were selling with Laminate, and now vinyl. Just interesting to see the evolution of the meaning of 'luxury' in flooring by builders.

Condo is about a 10 min walk to the Eglinton subway stop. Walk score is probably around 75. Think I'll pass on this one.
