there is a reason why you can sign up all utility bills to be paid automatically from your bank account.
The friend of the owner said that he was paying via his credit card but switched credit cards and forgot to update BC Hydro about the change, hence the power getting cut and the meat in freezers "liquefying".

Paying by credit card is incredibly stupid. I checked the BC Hydro page, they charge a fee, so you don't even get the cashback benefits. And you have to update them every time your card changes..

Unless someone has cash flow reasons for doing this, I don't see the benefit.

Hence is a word that is overused by people who are still learning English. Leave “hence” in the Thesaurus. #FFS

UPDTAE! this is the reason for the flies!! we had a strata meeting and it was decided that strata had authority to go in and clean...so that's what is happening as I type. They removed two fridges like this. the contents had leaked all over the floor.

<a href="http://s321.photobucket.com/user/gorill ... 4.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i321.photobucket.com/albums/nn37 ... WA0034.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo IMG-20170818-WA0034.jpg"/></a>

I've had that happen when the fridge decided to quit during our month long vacation, but it was on a much smaller scale.

Had a pack of vacuum sealed sausages that had inflated into a balloon on the verge of bursting due to decomposition, with live maggots crawling inside.. but it was vacuum sealed and was still sealed!.. so eggs had to be inside to begin with. That was the last time I bought frozen sausages.

The stench is today still in my head, and I could imagine from your picture that it must be 10x worse..

Sorry, but if I were going away for a month my fridge would be emptied of any food that could potentially spoil.

Definitely. But that’s because you’re normal.
