UPS - Doing own brokage

How can I do it myself? I was told by UPS that I had to phyiscally go to Windsor and do the paper work and save $60 on UPS brokeage. Is this correct?

Hmm from what I remember reading awhile back. Doing your own brokerage means you go to the UPS office there, pick up your documentation for the item, bring that documentation to the customs office, pay the taxes and get a Stamp approving the item. And your done. I'm not 100% sure on this.

That's pretty much it. You have to go physically to the port of entry to clear the item yourself.

If you're not located near a port you can use a customs clearing house. I found one who's willing to clear personal items (ie. not a business) for ppl for a fee of $20.
