UPS / FedEx / CanadaPost courier Driver
I would like to know more information about private courier or canada post drivers, such as:
- job requirements, what sort of credentials needed
- demand, etc.
I have a pretty good feeling that connections plays a big part in the recruiting process.

For Canada Post driver, you need to be atleast 25, with a G license of course. When submitting a resume, you need to include a Driver's Abstract as well.
Thats pretty much all I know for CP driver, I may not be accurate though.
Yea, connections play a major part. I had someone close hand my resume in, and I think 2 months later I get a call to come in and do a test (2 hr test, involving memorization, math, reading, etc.) I passed the test and later got called for an interview. 2 weeks later got a call saying they need a 3rd reference letter from me, or else you wont be considered for the position. So faxed one to them.
1 week later I got a letter saying I got in. I'm starting Saturday and its a temporary position as a Postal Clerk (mail sorting and stuff in the plant) graveyard shift hrs.. but pay is what makes this good. But I gotta see if I like this job or not lol.
