I bought 2 of the 1GB 150x A-DATA ones.
they seem to work as advertised.
I also have the soultek 150x 2GB card, seems to work the same.
I dont have any SDcard benchmarking programs so i have no idea how much faster they are. but they are a lot faster in playing DS games on my supercard.
