many of them do. but online matches for a canadian --- i dont know, you might have to call them.

for comparison shopping, i usually rely on the following:

large ticket items

pricegrabber.com
amazon.com (they carry so much ****)
froogle.com

small/inexpensive items

ebay.com/dealextreme.com/focalprice.com (small items)

Best bet is to go to a US deals forum, and get a copy of a US receipt and price match.
