Used 2008 Mercedes-Benz ML350 advice

Hello RFD!

I am currently eyeing to buy a used 2008 MB ML350 for around $32k.

Owner says no accidents, around 70,000km, calcite white(or something like that), Premium Tier 2 package (whatever that is, still yet to hear back from owner, assuming moonroof/gps/rear camera/power trunk, etc).

I am able to go test drive it any time.

Just wondering, if there are any caveats for 2008 ML350. A google search netted nothing, other than "be careful for post 5-yr maintenance costs."

And if I wanted to get it checked by a mechanic, is that something I arrange with the current owner, take it to a local mechanic or MB dealer to have it checked? Also how does the "Certified Pre-owned" work?
