Used iPhone - Maximum number of Apple ID reached

What happened is that when I login with my Apple ID, I get this error notice:

"Cannot Sign In

The maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this device."

This turns out someone has used up before I bought an used iPhone which I couldn't use iCloud on this device anymore.

Other one I learned when I tried out by creating new Apple ID on this device the alert came up said:

"Account Limit Reached

This device is no longer eligible for creating a free iCloud account."

the phone is now associated with 3 apple ID's. no matter what i do to the phone, it won't do me any good.
I guess at a time like this, I have to jail break it and download apps. I cant even don any apps even if i want to give Apple more money.

Probably locked to IMEI..
What OP can do Is just create an account on a friends iPhone?
I have an Apple ID already from buying many products in the past. The phone itself won't let me sign in with my ID.
Because this phone can only be used with the first 3 ID's.

I believe Apple also limits users to 5 devices with one Apple ID account. SO that they dont go around and sharing all the apps onto other devices. Perhaps its your APple ID that is being rejected for being on too many devices.

I bought many Apple products as gifts. I never associate those products with my ID.
When I log on to my Apple ID, there is zero product associated with my ID.

I don't use Apple products their software is incompatible with many things.
