3 of my bikes were, and 4 of my cars were.

I currently have a '15 Accord Sport for the winter.
I don't remember seeing valve adjustments in the manual though...
Is it for the V6 or an older model?
v6 has it when u do timing belt and 4 cylinder is around 178k km i think. this was for 03-07 accord. newer ones do use the same engine so i assume it would be the same...........

wont be in owners manual unless you have specifically a repair manual saying km and maintenance time........

wont be in service manuals unless talking about maintenance schedule......... i know some BMW M cars and most Honda use it......... Honda is easier by turning a knob while bmw you have to change shim thickness as a kit..............

Strange.

My bike had 180K when I sold it, and my past Hondas ('88 Prelude, .01 Civic and '01 Accord) all had between 200-350K on them - never did valves.

Seems normal. I assume the cars were noisier but didn't sound like they are dying bad..........

My 02 tl type S had 250,000kms before I sold it.. and I never did any adjustments... I drove it hard .. had 4 tyranny replacements .. I asked dealer and they said they would get back to me after they drive it.. and every time said it was fine.

since I sold it to my neighbor .. car now has 300,000+ kms and still going good.

I know j series engine the exhaust gets tighter and intake looser typically. I'm not sure if I got exhaust and intake mixed up. But one does get looser and other tighter........ Being over 300k doesn't help since it needs adjustment every 168k km or whenever noisy.........
