velcom go under??

been out of dsl internet for 2 days now. I keep getting disconnected when I call in. Modem upstream and down seem to be fine. What's going on???

mines still out while theyre saying its still up. is anyone elses still down?!?!? i am unable to get pass the user/password verification. this is freaking frustrating DAMNIT..

Mine was out for about 10min yesterday... and a few hours a couple weeks ago. It kept saying authorization failed or something along those lines.
Works fine now tho.

I'm back up as of yesterday afternoon. I joined ther Facebook (link on their site) and the admin took my info and re-activated me again. Another option is to call tech support. But that is time consuming and I usually get disconnected. Join their fb for faster results.
Apparently they upgraded their security stuff and it's causing these problems. You have to call them to get back online. Pain
